Cancellation and refund policy
No refunds for absences or lateness. 15% fee for re-registration to next class within 6 months.
If a participant drops out due to a medical condition and can provide proof, they can rejoin within 6 months of their initial registration. If that's not possible, one of their contacts can take their place. The participant pays 15% of the full fees to re-register and this is valid for 6 months.
If the teacher cancels class, participants get 2 choices: join the next program free with priority or claim full refund, and the teacher pays transaction fees.
If a teacher is out of town for a program and a participant drops out for valid reasons, they can join the next class within 2-3 months. If the next class isn't happening during that time, a full refund is given. If a different teacher is conducting at the same location, the funds are transferred internally, with full fees transferred to the conducting teacher. Teachers should cooperate for transfers.
If a participant is shifting to another city and a class is canceled by the teacher, a full refund must be given to the participant.
Refund policy for medical condition: Full refund minus transaction fees if a participant is found to be ineligible before the class, no refund if discovered during the class.
